I had the opportunity to train the first 100% virtual Credit.Com training class in 2018. After that class, one key gap that I saw is the New Hire graduation experience. This is a large gap because this is the last thing New Hires have with their trainers and the training organization. This is a gap that I currently see today. As a result I created a Virtual New Hire Graduation
The great thing about this PowerPoint is that has animations and videos that play in the background to visually engage the New Hires.
After the creation of this, In my next class, I saw a huge increase in New Hire graduation participation and enjoyment. It helped bridge the gap that was missing with Virtual training graduation
