I have had the opportunity to work with the Learning and Development team to create PowerPoint presentations for the New Hire Training program.
With creating these New Hire PowerPoints, I was able to create the facilitation guide, graphics, and PowerPoint design.
Finally, I conducted a feedback session and gained valuable feedback to make needed adjustments to the PowerPoint. After I organized and conducted a Train the Trainer session to explain to the organization when to add this to the New Hire training curriculum and how to facilitate it.
