I saw a need in for improved Credit.com Reporting. With working with our Work Force Management Team, I was able to create a new Credit.com training tracker to align with the current Progrexion new hire sales tracker.

The goal was to create uniformity across the different training line’s of businesses in reporting. This was to help improve the accuracy of Credit.com new hire reporting. With having uniformity between Credit.Com and Progrexion, it helps with the accessibility between trainers that train both lines of businesses.

This tracker uses SQL to connect to OTS reporting as well as Verint reporting to pull accurate call and sales data. This provides simplicity for the trainer to only need to ensure the Agent name and ASGID that is entered is 100% accurate and all they have to do is put in a date and the data is automatically updated. These tabs are all hidden to keep the work book simple to use.
